The holds are suitable for climbing and especially bouldering. All experience levels, beginners , advanced and experts , have fun with them. They are a rather small, but not super tiny size S. This means they are sufficiently challenging to master without becoming too difficult. The Essential Round Feet S is best used as classic  Spax footholds . With the ten footholds included in the set, they provide challenge and variety. The rather round shape of the footholds specifically trains the precise placement of your foot. 

The footholds are available with dual countersunk or cylinder head screw fastening . This reduces the risk of breakage and makes your route setting easier. Please note that the additional screws and nuts required for assembly are not included in the delivery. According to the manufacturer, you will also need three M10x35 grip screws and seven M10x50 grip screws.
