Beyond adventure gear, Stepin Adventure is a leader in climbing wall and adventure park design, construct, execute, and develop. Our team has successfully designed and constructed more than 150 climbing walls and adventure parks across India, including one of Asia’s largest climbing walls in Madhya Pradesh. We specialize in building custom climbing walls for gyms, schools, and professional competitions, along with high ropes, zipline installations, and obstacle courses that bring thrilling adventure experiences to urban spaces.

MR. SHRIPAD SAPKAL
Founder of Stepin Adventure
Stepin Adventure was founded by Shripad Sapkal, a renowned mountaineer and rock climber with over 25 years of experience in the climbing and adventure sports industry. Trained at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Shripad is skilled in Basic, Advanced, and Alpine Climbing and Search and Rescue.
He has achieved the First Ascent of three challenging peaks in India and was honored as ‘Best Mountaineer’ by Girimitra Sammellan in 2005.
Shripad has competed in and organized numerous National, Zonal, and State-level climbing events across India. He is a Certified National Judge for sport climbing and has judged prestigious events like the Asian Youth Championship 2017 and the IFSC Bouldering World Cup 2016.
He currently serves as the Secretary of the Sports Climbing Association of Maharashtra and Joint Secretary of the Sports Climbing Federation of India. Under his leadership, Stepin Adventure has successfully completed over 150 climbing walls and adventure park projects across India. His expertise, vision, and leadership continue to inspire and shape the sports and climbing community in India.
MS. PRAJAKTA GHODE
Operation Head of Stepin Adventure
Ms. Prajakta Ghode is a highly skilled and accomplished climber with 15+ years of experience in sport climbing and mountaineering. Known for her expertise, mastery, and proficiency in the Sahyadri Mountains, she has conquered iconic climbs such as the Walls of Tailbaila, Lingana (1200 ft.), Thumbs Up (150 ft.), and Kalakrai (180 ft.). Certified in both basic and advanced mountaineering at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, she has also undergone search and rescue training.
Her career is marked by trailblazing achievements, including being the first Indian woman coach and team manager for sport climbing at the 2018 Asian Games in Indonesia. A Level 1 National Judge for sport climbing, she has been part of the International Federation of Sport Climbing's Rules Commission and has judged major events such as the IFSC Bouldering World Cup (2016) and the Asian Youth Championship (2017). Her influence extends to her roles with the Sport Climbing Association of Maharashtra and the Sport Climbing Federation of India.
Currently, she serves as the operations head at Stepin Adventure, where she leads workshops, manages operations, and oversees business functions. Her dynamic role combines her passion for adventure with expertise in business development, sales, and accounting, making her an invaluable asset to the adventure sports industry.
